Had to get into Usenet again but I've been very happy. I know Sickbeard also allows for torrent downloads but I can't speak to those Personally. Most will provide RSS feeds for their users; please review each site for their respective feed locations and/or site rules on the frequency an RSS feed can be refreshed.
